In September 2016 three friends who live together in London will ride Cusco 2 Cusco with 1/3 of the money they raise coming to Kidney Cancer UK. Thanks guys!

Best mates Tom Whittle (from Devon), Leo Harris (from Kent) and Chris Baird (from Belfast) will cycle the length of South America. Completely unsupported, the lads will be covering more than 13,000km over the course of approximately nine months. Their journey begins and finishes in Cusco, Peru – hence the name ‘Cusco2Cusco’!
The boys met at Warwick Football Club in 2008, where they stated, they also attended the university in their free time! Campus life ended in 2011 they’ve traveled and lived together in London ever since. Not quite sick at the sight of each other yet, they decided to buy their first property together – a tent – and take it to South America for Cusco 2 Cusco.
Aside from the physical challenge of completing a cycle challenge the length of 150,000 football pitches and the height of over 12 Mount Everest’s, they are raising money for three charities that mean a great deal to them personally –
Kidney Cancer UK is chosen by Tom whose father had a kidney removed and has since had the cancer return and is under the watchful eye of his specialist. We wish him well.
Here is a video we made with Tom, Leo and Chris about their adventure:
The Other charities they are riding for
Chris chose the Alzheimer’s Society and Leo chose Right to Play.
The boys said: “anything you could donate would mean a lot to us and also would result in there being no excuse to pull out!
