Arch to Arc 2020 Registration Page

Arch to Arc 2020 Cycle Challenge

Nine years ago, a team of riders headed off from Marble Arch, London, destination the Arc de Triomphe, Paris on the now legendary Arch to Arc cycle challenge to raise money to help support kidney cancer patients across the UK.

Now, in 2020 – the 10th Anniversary of that epic ride, as well as the 20th Anniversary of Kidney Cancer UK, we are doing it all again!

Between 18th and the 21st June 2020, we are looking for cyclists to join us to ride the ride of all rides; Arch to Arc 2020 and we are delighted you may be joining us.

Travelling through the English countryside, sailing across the English channel and cycling through northern France to Paris. It’s around a 265 mile ride from Marble Arch to the Arc de Triomphe, and  this is where your adventure will begin.

The application form is further down the page but please read all the information and ensure you understand what will be expected from you before you commit to ride.

To join us you need to be able to raise a minimum of £2,000 in sponsorship, be fit and able and agree to the terms and conditions below. Once you have done that and you want to continue on, please fill out the application form below or click here to download a paper version here.

The online entry form is below, once you have read these T&Cs

 Purpose of the Challenge

  1. Kidney Cancer UK reserves the right to cancel the challenge up to 12 (twelve) weeks before the start date of the challenge if it considers it unlikely to make a surplus or for any other reasons outside the control of Kidney Cancer UK. In this case your registration fee will be refunded to you. Any sponsorship money received will only be returned if the sponsors ask for it in writing (not applicable for online donations)

Any cover provided to participants would be confirmed in writing and send both by email and Royal Mail.
  • If cancellation occurs in circumstances where your travel insurance might refund certain cost already paid by Kidney Cancer UK, you agree to pay those sums back to Kidney Cancer UK.
